Hey ladies I'm near joy 38 weeks I'm being induced cuz of GD I'm being induced on Wednesday anybody else and anyone at Burnley?

I am nearly 37 weeks, not being induced. But I was induced with my DS at Burnley. Good luck, hope it goes nice and quickly for you!

I like Burnley maternity care. Good consultants who empower and facilitate informed choice. There is a Facebook group, birth in East lancs - why don't you join there and ask for other people's experiences?

Just worried about sweep and induction cuz it's my first pregnancy I lost at 19 weeks few years back. Just wondering if sweep is painful

I had a sweep and found it uncomfortable but not painful. Try not to worry too much, it's easy to say but worrying won't change anything. With the induction, make sure you understand what's happening at each stage and why and use pain relief if you need it! It will all be worth it in the end.
