Thick jelly mucus

Hi

35 weeks pregnant, just been to the toilet and there was a huge jelly blob of mucas On the tissue. It was really thick but stretchy and was kind of stuck to my vagina. Didn't smell, opaque but with a slight green tinge to it, like snot.
Not had any pains, baby moving fine but worrying it could be some of my plug coming away. Only other thing I can think of is that I had sex last night with my husband, but I've bathed this morning so presume any fluids would have been washed away.

Anyone had anything like this? Is it a cause for concern?

Thanks

Could be your plug but it can regenerate, if you're worried or have pain/bleeding ring your midwife

Please call your labour ward for advice, they may want to rule out possible signs of infection i.e. Green tinge. If in doubt, check it out 👍 Xx
