Hi ladies, I'm a bit puzzled about the Vit D we need to take, 10 but I can only find 12 or Vit D and Calcium combined? What do I do? X

I got 10 from Boots in the vitamin section. Grey bottle with a red label. Think it was £2ish for 90.

This is a very important subject - you should learn more about how Vitamin D can improve the health of you and your family

As we move into Spring and Summer we will have more sunshine, so make sure that everyone exposes their body enough to receive the beneficial rays of the sun.

If you don't expose your body to the sun , you need to take some extra Vitamin D in a tablet or capsule.

  • not just the minimum, but enough to make a difference
  • you probably need at least 25 micrograms = 1,000 IU
