Anyone else having this issue? I thought it was meant to die down in the second trimester but oh my God they are so tender! Any remedies???

Mine too, but no remedies unfortunately so will be watching. Mine get very hot too, so maybe some of those cool gel pad things??

I wouldn't of said mine get hot as such, but they feel super heavy although I don't think they have grown all that much. I have proper maternity bras etc but I think it's just something Il have to put up with! How far along are you? :)

I'm 20 weeks, mine haven't grown much either, just exceedingly tender. I'm still wearing my ordinary underwire bras and haven't needed to get new ones yet. Maybe I should Confused

Yea I'm 16 weeks. I think it's just something we have to put up with! I can't wear my underwired ones at all, they are some uncomfortable, def get some non underwired ones I would!

16 weeks here. My boobs in general are not too bad but my nipples!! I've always had pretty non-existent nipples (very flat, pale, no noticeable areola!) and they seem to be changing a lot, and as a result are extremely sensitive! I've had to ditch the normal bras. I got some seam free crop tops from Tesco which are HEAVEN. The other thing that really agrevated me were my towels! I had to get new ones (got "Super soft" ones from Asda George) as showering was becoming something I was dreading because drying off hurt my nipples so much! Those two things have made things much more bearable.

*aggravated

Yea I've heard it's mainly nipples that get more sensitive... Mine have changed alot but aren't too painful... But the side of my boobs are really achey. I have some crop top sleep bras too and they are amazing!! Also I can't wait to get to the 'blooming' stage... my skin is terrible!
