Nose bleeds! WHY

For the past 3 weeks I've been getting nose bleeds and they are get worse too, the other night just as I was going to bed I had a right nose bleed it was everywere, I was wondering if anyone one knows why this is I know that you tend to get them when PG but still left wondering why we do?

I'm 19+3 and this is my 3rd baby, I did get them with my other two PG's but I'm amazed on how much you forget UNTIlL your PG again, But I cant remember weather nose bleeds are I bad thing or just one of them things!

i got themn at the beginning of this pg.. but not with the other two..

Could judst be with the excess blood flow..Iu sed to suffer with them as a little girl and they said it was a wauy of my body getting rid of the escess blood going round my body.. not sure if this is true!!

Hi, don't want to bore you with too much physiology (I'm a midwife and have a tendency to talk too much )...but due to the extra blood thinning properties and the fact that more blood is being pumped around, amongst other changes that occur, nosebleeds are more common in pregnancy than otherwise. So I'm afraid they're just one of those things!
