so obviously i went straight out and bought one but just wondering what are the benefits from using it now?

I found mine really helped with back pain - there were days I couldn't sit on the sofa! They're good for a bit of exercise too.

When you get to about 35 weeks try and use it a bit each day as it gets baby into a good position for labour. It's meant to help avoid baby being back to back (whereas slouching on the sofa encourages it - can be a more painful labour)
