Can't find a recent thread on this, so I wanted to see if anyone was out there.
Last pregnancy I didn't run at all - I couldnt manage it at all, breathless etc. I walked a lot until 20 weeks then cross trained at the gym.
Now I've made it to c. 15 weeks ... still running. I'm slower obviously, and I don't go a great deal of distance (cut my runs from 4 miles to 2.5 miles - 5 days per week - with no longer distance at weekends which I used to do) but I'm enjoying it and don't feel like stopping yet.
Looking ahead, I'd like to keep going as long as possible - saves on gym money for one thing - but I don't know whether this is realistic. Are you still running? Do you have any advice or tips?
