Boobs stopped feeling sore overnight 5weeks preg

Hi all.
I feel like my symptoms have changed dramatically as I turned 5 weeks pregnant today, i haven't had much pregancy symptoms at all, but I have had breast tenderness for the past week but today I have woke and feel nothing not even a twinge..? No bleeding or anything but still concerned.. is this a sign of mc?

I had the same - very sore for a week, probably about week 5 and then just stopped being sore!
Also didn't have morning sickness etc
All fine & now 29 weeks!
