Wonder if anyone could help me?
I've just found out I'm pregnant I'm 5weeks and 3 days. I've been noticing I keep getting a slight belly ache nothing to stop me doing my daily bits and bobs or make me curl over in pain, just wondered whether anyone else had experienced this? As I'm getting very anxious.
Also I stupidly did a pregnancy test around 1130 ish would have been maybe my 3rd wee of the day, the line was quite faint is that right worried my hormone levels are decreasing?

What kind of belly ache, whereabouts? Cramps, twinges and mild pains are usually totally normal as everything stretches. And yes with a later wee it can be a fainter line.

I think pulling is normal I had this I also had some light bleeding and other pains around this point.. and I'm now 26 weeks pregnant! I think as long as it's not extremely painful and bleeding it's normal although very scary try not to worry I'm sure all is ok! X

I had a good week or more of cramping around Week 5. I thought my period was coming. But on reflection these pains felt a little different, and were more little pulling than cramping. Sounds perfectly normally and is probably just things bedding in. Obviously if they become very painful or you see blood, see someone, but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about right now.

Also testing a wee later in the day is more likely to give you a fainter line. Stop testing, you'll drive yourself potty.

Also, should something go wrong, the hormones can stay in your body for some time. They don't immediately disappear, so keeping testing won't really tell you anything, you'll just stress yourself out squinting at lines.

It's a worrying time but there's nothing you can do but sit back and hope all goes well. You currently have no reason to think anything is wrong. Stay away from Dr Google lol

Yeah it doesn't hurt at all I just know it's there is that makes any sense. Had an appointment today with the doctor he didn't seem worried at all and just said to look out for blood and any sort of pain that stops me in my tracks.

Does anyone know when (that's if) I get any more symptoms when the start averagely. I'm very tired currently trying to stay awake as my 4 year old keeps trying to take a snooze as well! I'm also quite moody and my boobs are tender more so in the evenings.

I'm not a medical professional and I don't want to scare you at all but just keep an eye on these pains, if they get worse or start lasting longer than a few seconds go straight back to your doctor, ask for an emergency appointment.
I had this in January at around 5 weeks pregnant, it started as basic mild cramping which I looked up and was told was totally normal, and it is.
Then I started getting bouts of the cramping that would become agonising, went to the doctor who referred me straight to hospital.
Sadly turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy, to diagnose this early is the best case scenario for you and your tubes and it involves blood tests taken over 48 hours so if you have any doubt at all go straight to your doctor and you can have the first blood test done for a baseline reading. If it turns out to be a waste of time then at least you have that reassurance, if the worst were to happen then you have caught it as soon as possible.
