Bleeding after sex at 10 weeks - should I be worrying?

I have one DS and have had one mc in Nov at 11 weeks. I am now just under 10 weeks pg and had a scan at 7 weeks showing a viable pg with a heartbeat, right size for dates etc. Had sex last night when I was feeling really knackered after a long day and then an hour or so I noticed red blood when I went to the toilet. Having had a miscarriage this just made me feel sick to my stomach. Light bleeding carried on all evening - red when wiping (sorry if TMI). I put a pad on and there was some blood there by the time I when I went to bed. None so far this morning except a very faint brown tinge when wiping.
Of course it is Sunday so I can't get any advice from medical services so I wondered what you guys think? As there is/was a heartbeat I know I have a strong chance of a viable pg and it could be nothing, but my last pg most likely had a heartbeat and ended in m/c (don't know for sure when baby died but think it was about 10 weeks).
To make matters worse I am mean't to start a new job this afternoon. Only five hours but lots of standing walking around and the travelling there and back. I am really tired as I couldn't sleep last night with all the worry, which does not help either. Should I go to my new job and hope I don't have m/c whilst there or ring in sick on my first day to be on safe side?
Also should I get another scan on Monday?
Any help appreciated

Oh taichimum, I think you'll be fine. It is common to bleed a little after sex, because of friction and extra blood circulating down there, There was a thread on this a while ago. From all I've read sex can't make you m/c. It sounds like the bleeding has stopped. Why don't you call midwife.
