Is it really just Ibuleve type gels or anything else? It's in DH's wrist (no rude jokes please! Grin ) thanks all

Massage, stretching, icing for 20 mins every 2 hours, take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen.

Physio tape (you can YouTube for videos of how to tape it). It supports it and stops it hurting while it heals.
