I really wouldn't worry, this has (and continues) to keep happening to me too - one day feeling dreadful, all the symptoms: tiredness, sore boobs, nausea, and the next day fine. Mine is an IVF pregnancy after nearly 2 years of failed attempts and one ectopic so I'm hyper-paranoid. I'm 9 weeks now - had scans at 6 and 8 weeks for reassurance and everything totally normal. I was told by a sonographer that you get an hcg surge every 48-96 hours and thats when you get the symptoms but then your body gets used to the new hcg level and you feel better for a few days until it shoots up again. But if you're still worried just get an early scan. Lots of hospitals have a walk-in service at their early pregnancy unit.
