I am only 11 weeks but SO BLOATED. I haven't put on weight, so I know it's bloat. Any Tips for getting rid of this? I need to be in a bikini in a week and I won't be like this!

It goes after you give birth, really quickly. I would have happily worn a bikini tge week after I gave birth.
Reflexology helped me when pg she worked on the glands in my legs

No advice. Same thing happened to me. I looked about 5 months pregnant Shock

It does go away eventually!

Thanks both, what did you do to make it go after birth? One of my friends said breast feeding massively helps and while I plan to, there's always a chance it won't work!

Rennie deflatine helps a bit, also walking and lots of water. I did find it eased off about 14 weeks

Peppermint tea?

BikeRunSki · 09/04/2017 20:37

Just wait about 5 or 6 months...,

The bloat is caused by your hormones slowing your digestive system down.

Mine eased after 12 weeks til bump started about 15 weeks

I used to get a terrible bloat after lunch so started having a cup of peppermint tea after and it really did work

Thanks all, just ordered peppermint tea from Ocado actually so hopefully that helps. Been trying to drink lots of water to umm, flush out my system which helps a bit too.
