Can morning sickness return very late in pregnancy? I was very sick for the first 20 weeks of my pregnancy but I have been fine for the last 17. Yesterday I was sick all day and ended up at the hospital for reduced movement. The MW said the baby was probably dehydrated. Could this last till I have the baby now?
