(Tmi...) My nipples are on fire!

Hello! I'm 8 weeks with my second pregnancy and have gone from super hard shooty pain nipples at about 5 weeks to really hot red nipples. They are like concentrated radiators! I tried lanolin (sp?) nipple cream and it stopped the pain but now they're always hot, sensitive and occasionally painful. I know it's a common symptom but is there anything I can do?
Also TMI alert.... I haven't been for a number 2 since Saturday, had loads of fruit since then and still haven't been. I don't feel blocked up or bloated but don't want to just wait it out. Is there anything I can take or do to naturally get things going? I'm not a poo troll honest!

Sorry can't help with the nipples but can sympathise with the poo! I had that for the first trimester and it was a nightmare! I don't think there is anything you can take but Diet certainly helped me. I upped the fibre intake massively; ate prunes (whitworths taste ok); drank as much water as possible and started each day with a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon. It certainly helped me, it's a horrible feeling!

I think you have thrush in your nipples. Agony from hell as I recall. I'd see a Dr
