Period or implantation bleeding

Hey,

I went through some complications and I haven't had a period for 6 months suffered with severe cramping and cysts! Recently 3 days ago I had unprotected sex with my partner and today I have been very crampy and spotting when I wipe after I've been to the toilet. So could this finally be the start of my period or could I be experiencing implantation bleeding? Can you get it this early?

It won't be implantation bleeding if you've only had unprotected sex once 3 days ago.
Is it heavy like a period?

I have done previously before and got a lovely 1 year old now! Haha and no it's very light

I've just never had implantation bleeding before!
