Im 24 weeks pregnant and am in agony with my back and pelvis, im seeing a chiropractor but have a 2 & 3 yr old so not much chance to rest. Does anyone have any recommendations for a support belt?

The best support belt is the Serola belt.

You're doing the right thing seeing a chiropractor. You can take painkillers, check with your midwife or GP, ice is really, really helpful. It's important to rest, I know it's difficult, try not to push hoovers, pushchairs or supermarket trollies.
