Boobs feel like red hot pokers in the nipple!!!!!

Anyone else have this...

My left boob is killing me as soon as anyone touches it even brushes..(as in ds when having a cuddle or dh!) even when washing.. it really hurts.. does feel like red hot pokers in it....

WHat could this be.. it does feel lie when my milk came in after DD and DS.. but I am only 21+weeks pg...

I am debating about getting intouch with the midwife.. but dont want to waste her time... or should I see the dr.. or just leave it..

I think they can get very tender during pg, but it's a bit odd it's only on one side. I'd get the doctor to check it out to be on the safe side...
