Surprise third pregnancy

I'm slightly freaking out. I'm just back in work after a year out for my second born. I did a test this morning and I'm pregnant again Shock

Don't get me wrong I'm happy we always wanted 3... but I'm terrified. I'll potentially have 3 under 4 Confused
