Had my 36 week scan today (was a bit late- I'm 37 weeks) and I heard the sonographer say 'grade 3 placenta'. Didn't think much of it as had no idea what the grading system was and they seemed unconcerned.. looking in the internet (bad thing sometimes I know!) it seems it is concerning and grade 3 before 40 weeks is a warning sign. All other parts of the scan were fine.
anyone else experienced this? Worrying now! Thanks
