Is anybody else suffering with nighmares im 14 weeks and nearly every night i have a dream and there always horrible most off the time i wake up and stay awake just to try not to have the dream again but as soon as im back to sleep my dream starts off were it left :( is there anything that can help its getting to point i dont wana go sleep the dreams feel so real
