Could this be the start of labour?

I'm 40+2 today
I'm sat with some mild pains, slightly like I need a poop (sorry) slightly sore bump.
Could this be it?

This is actually my third but with no.1 I woke up in strong labour and with no.2 I was induced.
Also they were over 9 years ago so I've forgotten the feelings.

Drop your midwife a text?

I haven't experienced labour but my sister who recently has said she thought she just needed to take a poo at first.

Good luck x

I'm not sure my midwife is the type to receive texts- what if she's off shift?

I am considering calling they hospital but worried incase it's just bad constipation?

Oh god please give me another sign!!!

Do the pains go if you're on the move?

No don't think so.
This is so hard to tell the difference.
I wouldn't mind but if it is I have to sort someone to get the kids and call my OH to drive back 100 miles from where he works :(
