Who's overdue?!

Hello to anyone who has passed 40 weeks.
What plans are in place for you?
I have to decide whether to have a sweep next week (didn't work last pregnancy)
Otherwise I will be induced at 41+5

Hi,

I had my son last September. He was born naturally 10 days late 😯. I had a sweep on Thursday morning and proper contractions started around 4am Saturday morning! Was booked in for induction on Sunday but wasn't needed. Sweep wasn't anywhere near as uncomfortable as I expected 😉.

40 + 3 here Hmm failed sweep yesterday. Will try again next weds. If not then induction at 41 + 5 Sad

40+1 here. Desperate to get baby out! But also worried I need more time as I'm pretty sure I've fractured a rib - I fell over a week ago and am in a lot of pain. Taking codeine on advise of GP. Apparently it won't affect labour Confused Don't know whether to refuse sweep on Saturday and hope for more time to heal...or just go for it and get this baby out. I'm so heavy and over pregnancy!
