Hi can anyone tell me when it's safe to use clary sage oil and what way to use it, I'm 34 weeks ATM and taking epo and rlt

It's definitely not safe to use until 40 weeks! I'm not sure about the medications you're using but they could mean it's not safe to use at all. You could ask your midwife at your next appointment x

I only use it when my contractions start to keep them going. I wouldn't reccomend using it before then.

Hi, qualified clinical aromatherapist here, clary sage is contraindicated during pregnancy, but can assist during labour. As per pp it would also depend on any medication you are taking.

Only drinking 2 cups of raspberry leaf tea and taking 1 500mg evening primrose oil, could I be taking more?
