So sad :( turns out baby had already left my body and test at hosp came back Negative, nothing on scan :( feel so upset

Yaz, I'm really sorry. As others have said, I hope you are able to take plenty of time for you to grieve and process your loss. When you are ready to try again please don't give up hope- there are many women on these boards who have had a number of miscarriages and have gone on to have a healthy baby. They have a helpline you can call too, if you want to speak to someone about it. Sending lots of love Xx

I'm so sorry. It doesn't help that it really is the death of a dream while you're feeling really hormonal. Take good care of yourself

So sorry to hear that. Not sure of your circumstances, but I had 2 miscarriages in a row last year and was absolutely heart broken - felt as though I'd never be happy again. In a completely different place now thankfully. It does get better, but it takes lots of time. Take care of yourself x
