I had a slight migraine yesterday when I woke up. Took some paracetamol and kind of forced myself throught hte day. This morning I've woken up with a hellish one. Lines in my vision, numb arm/hand, can't type in the right order etc. I NEED migraleve but know I can't take these.

Is there ANYTHING I can take??

Would really recommend seeing a cranial osteopath. I'm a migraine sufferer and having a treatment totally sorts them out, and is safe in pregnancy.

Hope you feel better soon!

tiger balm (chinese herbal ointment) rubbed onto temples is only thing to have helped mine, ever, not just in pregnancy...but has to be when i can feel it coming before it ets too bad

Fierce migraine #3 has just kicked in! I gotgot to get the Forehead stuff and am kicking myself now. I'm trying the paracetamol and coke theory instead. I'm also using this thread as akind of migraine diary as th midwives always ask me how frequent they ar and I can never remember!

So far around 10 days seems to be the trend along with stress as a trigger. Today's one started when I was late picking dd up from schoo lbecause my pc clock hasn't changed itself
