Should I see a doctor?

I came off the pill in August and my periods stayed pretty regular (28/30 days) and no increased pain etc until January when I started a week early and I was really naseous and increased cramps.

I then went 31/32 days on Feb and again it was a bit heavier than before and a bit more uncomfortable.

I'm now on day 39 and although my stomach has felt off and cramps I'm still not properly bleeding.

I've taken 3 tests all negative and have booked a doctors appintment for tomorrow morning at my friends advice. Today however when I wiped after my morning wee my discharge was pink ringed and so I expected to start. However it's now after lunch and no period and no further pink tinge.

Do I need to get checked out? I'm not really sure what's going on!
