I think thats a load of cods. Youd have bigger problems if you didnt diet in pregnancy.

But if you have a DH who had such terrible eczema when he was a baby that he never stopped screaming and wouldn't breastfeed then you will try anything to make sure you LO doesn't suffer the same.

citrus fruits are often implicated in sensitivities I think there is definitely a link to salycylates and intolerances
