Bleeding adajcent to sac?

Nearly 9 weeks had a scan which showed twins in seperate sacs but twin 2 had no heartbeat, twin 1 seems fine with heartbeat but have been told there is a bleed adajcent to the sacs has anyone had any experiences with this?

On my early scan (7weeks) she pointed out a bleed but said it was very common and due to implantation.

Very sorry to hear. I am 14 weeks and have a bleed next to the placenta. Doc has prescribed progesterone. They can (and often do) get absorbed. Try to speak to yr midwife for some reassurance. Best of luck
