How can I be showing at 4 weeks!!!

I am a very fit and toned person. This is my second pregnancy and I was teeny tiny with my daughter 5 years ago. She was only 5lb 14 so you can imagine how small my bump was.

But this evening I have a very obvious little bump even when I breath in as much as possible.

How can this be? I have something the size of a poppyseed in there!

I'm 5+4 and look huge, I've bloated out so much!

Apparently this should go down in the next couple of weeks but I didn't have it with my first.

You aren't. It's bloating. Even if there were multiples in there, they'd be barely visible to the naked eye.

The hormone levels with twins will cause fluid retention.
