My hospital gave me a book which has a section devoted to the birth plan.
This is my first baby, I have no idea if this is a comprehensive enough list and if they are missing anything?
What was the birth plan guide you received like? Are there any evident options that are missing from what I received?
I am obviously going to print out my own which will follow the template I was given but have more tips for the midwife (ignore me when I say no to needles after saying yes, it's an impulse) and other helpful suggestions.
