Hello,

I've been going to some group classes for young pregnant girls but it has been cancelled for the last couple of weeks and isn't definite that it will start up again.

I have the midwifes number if I really need anything but was just wandering if there was any general tips/ things to expect in the later stages of pregnancy.

I'm currently 20 weeks and don't really know anyone else who is pregnant so anything is useful.

Thank you x

Hi Blonde. Congrats!

  1. Pregnancy pillow or v shaped pillow, I found sleeping very uncomfortable and this helped a bit, also handy for when baby comes.
  2. Stock up on the Gaviscon if you haven't already, I've never suffered from indigestion/heart burn but really suffered around 7 months haven't suffered since though. (also ice pops helped!! Went through about 10 boxes!!) every one is different but it's a good excuse to eat as many as you want!
Hope this helps, if I think of anything else will let you know. Hopefully you will get more tips.

Ooh and also, baths really help with aches and pains of later pregnancy, I used to have 2 a day! He used to kick me really hard which is great but also painful in some cases he really had a grudge against my ribs!
