I have just turned 9 weeks today and on Tuesday I found out I currently have the Slap Cheek Virus in my system. Work state that I can still work in a nursery baby room (7mths to 2yrs) and the doctors dont think there is any problems with that so i'm going with what they say.
However, everything has been very vague and i've got no idea on what happens next. I see the midwife in 6 days even though i've been told i'm seeing a consultant during the pregnancy.
Can anyone who has had the virus during their pregnancy please tell me their experiences as i'm completely lost as what to do next and how common fetal hydrops and other complications are.
