I did, when I had 20 wk scan with DS2 last April.

And the appointment was 20 mins late

I was told I didn't need a full bladder for the 20 week one, and they didn't have any problems with the scan.

I didn't and it was fine

I drank loads and was told my bladder was too full! The sonographer made me go to the loo before she could carry on! Good luck Tutter

ShowOfHands · 03/03/2007 12:39

Full bladder not necessary!

Tutter · 03/03/2007 16:59

thanks all

scan was empty-bladdered and all good

ds2 has a prominent appendage, am pleased to report

he also has an unnervingly large head, wm not so pleased to report (am taking my own scissors into hosp with me this time)
