32 weeks - is this normal?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and over the past two days babys movements seem to have increased - more frequent and a lot stronger. I've had mild cramps in my upper and lower abdomen alongside rib and lower back pain.. Is this normal at this stage in pregnancy or do I need to get checked out?

Thanks, Megan

I'm sure everything is ok, however any change in baby's movements should be checked out.
