Pains!!

I am 8 weeks and 4 days pregnant, I had a scan last week and baby and heartbeat was seen🙂 but she did comment on how much wind I have, I am constipated for days, and then all of a sudden I have some diarreah, very painful! Tmi sorry! I'm also struggling with stomach cramps and they are painful, not unbarabke but painful! I'm also getting quite faint and weak when I stand up, but haven't had any blood! Anyone had the same problems or know if I should be worried?:( so attached to my little blob already!!

I have had a lot of stomach ache on and off for the last few weeks. I was also having a lot of constipation at the same stage as you which did not help the stomach ache. Its all pretty normal as your abdomen is stretching and so your insides are being moved around.

My only suggestion to conquer the constipation is eat shredded wheat - I started eating it when I was around 9 weeks pregnant because I was away and didn't have my usual choice of breakfast on offer but since I started eating it the constipation has been non existent. Brown bread, fruit, full wheat pasta and brown rice also suggestions for extra fibre too if shredded wheat is not something you'll eat.
