Hi,

Going to the London dungeons this weekend and concerned about the rides there. Ones a drop ride and I know I definitely won't be able to do that one so early on in my pregnancy (6wks).

I haven't told anyone yet so don't know how to get out of doing it!? Suggestions please!!

Tell them you're suffering with an attack of vertigo. Then you'll have an excuse not to drink as well.

Recent whiplash or jarred your back so physio said no rides which drop/jolt?

Does the boat ride at the start still drop as well? Or have they taken it out now? Obviously the ride at the end is a drop ride.

It depends how convincing you are at lying, I'd say a sudden dizzy spell might be more convincing or perhaps if the drop down ride is at the end tell your friends you really need the loo and ask the staff if you can leave to go to the toilet and let your friends proceed to the ride without you?!

Ahh I didn't think about vertigo!!

I was thinking a 'sick' spell during the day and then avoid drinking in the evening and the drop rides.

Gahhh this is so difficult!! Part of me wants to shout out and tell the world haha.
