Hi....I am approx 12.6 weeks pregnant. We have our dating scan tomorrow (Thursday) but I have been having what looks like a slight period, bit of cramping and back ache with dark brown discharge; although only a small amount when I wipe....... Anybody else had this, should I be worried....?? Thanks x
