Hips feel bruised

Hello, I am 15 weeks pregnant and my hips have started to feel sore and bruised. Along with that I have soreness in my bum and down the backs of my legs.
Has anybody else experienced this? What did it turn out to be?

I haven't got appointments with midwives and doctor for another week so just thought I would see if anything came up on here 🙂
