Sulphur burps

Yuk! Got a vote bloated tummy, diarrhoea and been burping sulphur all day.
Any suggestions how to get rid of the sulphur-ness?

Don't know how to get rid, but got this too, had it for a few days!😔 so if anyone knows how to fix this, please share!

BICARB OF SODA!!!

Mix one big tablespoon in 200ml of water.

Down in one.

It should take effect within the hour. If not, repeat.

I used to get rotten sulphur burps in my 20s. Ten years on just started getting them again and found the above tip on here when I was desperate at 4am!

If possible, sleep after the bicarb drink.

Ps: my sulphur burps were totes linked to my menstrual cycle.
