Early labor advice??

Hey i have had diarrhea for the past two hours, vaginal pressure and soreness (white thick discharge) and also lower back cramps and pains in my hip bones. I am 35 weeks pregnant, normal for this many weeks or will i ring hospital? I have gestational diabetes also, any advice is appreciated thanks

Call the hospital, I had quite a few of those symptoms when I went into early labour. You might not be, but best to take proper advice.
