Contractions

After sex for 3-4hours I've had lower back contractions lasting 3mins about 10-15minutes apart they've stopped for now but is this normal or should I stay away from sex for a while I know what lower back contractions feel like as I had them with my first.

you been having sex for 3-4 hours? of after you have had sex?

First of all well done if its the first, i wish i could manage 3-4 minutes....

Second, how far along are you?

Definitely not sex for 3-4 hours I wish haha no contractions lasted for 3-4 hours between 10 mins lasting for 3 before they calmed down?

I'm 29 weeks too!

i have no suggestion, I'm 29 week butt his is my first. I don't think ive had braxton hicks. Could that be it?

Im sure someone will be able to offer you better advise then me. Hopefully your not having contractions tho x

Can't offer any help but the same is happening to me so hopefully someone can come along with some help! Does your stomach get hard during the contractions? This is my second but I've felt nothing like this and don't think I've had braxton hicks on the first!
