Harrogate hospital- self referral

Hi, has anyone self referred to Harrogate Hospital Maternity Unit?
I have sent the self referral form via email as instructed by my Dr and just wondering when I should hear something from them?

Appreciate any help, thank you.

I have; referral from midwife didn't go through so I self referred. I got a letter within a week or so.
