Dizzy all of a sudden!

Am 22weeks today (rah!) and suddenly baby is moving lots and I am feeling really dizzy while sitting still or standing still. Getting dizzy waves, like I am on a boat.
Haven't really had this before, is it pg or coincidence?

I had dizzy spells throughout my pregnancy, due to low blood pressure - it was nothing to worry about - I just needed to eat and drink regularly and sit down when I felt dizzy. Could this be your problem? It's probably a good idea to mention it to your midwife or GP.
