I just need a moan.
Suffering with spd quite badly I had it in my last pregnancy, and it started this time at 9 weeks I'm now 18 and it's making me so miserable. Im under the physio, and also having acupuncture which helps a bit and it eases for about a week but nothing long term and it's to expensive to have loads of treatments. I've got a couple of exercises I do that the physio gave me and have an exercise ball to sit on.
Ive looked at pregnancy yoga classes as I think improving my core may help the spd but I'm a bit scared to try incase it makes it worse.
