I think I got an allergic reaction to stretchmark cream last week(doctor agreed) and the rash hasn't gone but now i appear to have bloomin heat rash and that's itchy too. As i say in the title i'm at work so any suggestions to stop the itching?

i had really bad heat rash all over my body in the last few weeks of pregnancy with dc2, they disappeared straight away after ds was born!

air it ., discreetly pull trousers down to under bump, if you are in the office alone, then pull your top up too !

dampen a towel or paper towels with cold water and lay them on your bump

get some calamine on the way home

Thanks, not on my own so have done the trousers not the top Will wear something light tomorrow!

Got calamine at home so will have a bath and put some on, need a peg for the nose though, yucky

Oh it's not gonna last til baby's born??

Have really struggled with this. Calamine lotion, light cotton/linen tops and a fan pointed at bump. All helps!

Last day at work tomorrow so can just wear bra in the house. Mind you dd keeps telling me to put jumper on when i lift my top up, don't think she likes the bump and no belly button Bless her, keeps poking my belly button saying it's gone!!!!

I have had heat rash for a while and find that Medicated talc is a life saver (cuticura I think its called). Good luck
