I'm 19 weeks pregnant off work from stress (posted on another board) and just feel angry and p*d off at everything. People want to touch my bump which I hate. I've gone past the excited stage, I'm tired have bad headaches and my hips and leg are killing me. And the icing on the cake....I'm leaking! Ffs. So unattractive I feel and look like a bag of sht.

Husband asks last night....'what do you want to do for Valentine's day' .....I'd like to disappear into a hole please. He keeps asking when the enjoyable part starts.
Anyone else feel like they want to tell the world to f off when pregnant?

Oh dear, I remember it well! Don't shoot me but I think it's quite normal round about that point, I bulk bought chocolate and God help anyone if they ate it! DP got sent into the kids room to sleep due to snoring. Just try to give in to it, your DHvwill learn to only speak when spoken too Wink

I'm 16 weeks with DC3 and also wide awake next to snoring DH - I suffer from chronic back pain so generally in a bad mood anyway so I feel your pain. My boobs are still so sore, I'm constipated & uncomfortable. Nothing helpful to add but you're not alone 😊

I feel your pain too! I am 21wks and feel like a wreak! Have spd which is causing so much pain to stand up, walk, stops me sleeping...then just like you, when im trying to drift off to sleep the DH is snoring and i could seriously smother him! I have a very short fuse too, not suffering idiots very well right now. You are not alone!
Ive just had my hair done to cheer myself up.

the best thing I found was sharing my anger with dh. I didn't and kept it bottled up and it was such a mistake. Eventually when I became unbearable I did talk to him and it helped so so much. My anger has quietly seeped away. I'm sure it will seep back at home point and then hopefully I will take this advice giving you and share it.

Are you leaking amniotic fluid? Or is it just the usual additional discharge you get at this stage of pregnancy? I have to use panty liners now or my underwear feels damp within a short period of getting dressed. Its not pleasant at all, but to be expected. Another thank you to the hormones!

Are you having a boy?! I'm sure I was under the influence of testosterone when I was pregnant with DS as I was horrible and grumpy !!!
If you are leaking goto the midwife if you haven't already been

Oh dear, I had this for the entirety of my first pregnancy, others were so serene and I just wanted to punch everyone. I didn't get pregnancy rage the second time round if that helps- mainly because I quit my job to become a SAHM and we moved to the country and so the main stressors - commute, city life and colleagues - had gone!

I presumed she meant leaking boobs? Which I suffered with early in both last pregnancies. Not nice waking up sticking to the bed sheets Blush

You're not alone. I've been various shades of angry for most of my pregnancy. It's the hormones but I think it's also a total natural consequence of being so damn uncomfortable all the time. Don't think the sex of the baby has anything to do with it though!

He needs to STFU stop that for starters. I'd find it really bloody annoying. The answer is either a. I don't know or b. never.

On a practical note, I recommend pregnancy yoga as it really helps me to feel better, both physically and mentally. It relieves my pain and discomfort and makes me feel less stressed and angry.

Also if you're in a lot of pain, see if you can get a recommendation for a good osteopath with experience of treating pregnant women. Mine has been a life saver.

It was why I was nick named Bumble bump by my husband and my son, in utero, was buzby (not now lol) .... I was very placid with my DD - I swear it's the hormones lol!!
