sickness and blood?

hi advise please i'm about 7wks pg and have had a fair bit of nausea and sickness. today i ate lunch and instantly it came back up and was sick several times after. Got home and had a lay down woke up to be sick and it was just blood.... should i worry or is it likely just a burst blood vessel? thanks

Bright red? Pink? Brown? What have you eaten? Any stomach pain?

i ate pasta at lunch with chicken and bacon. it was bright red blood and about four lots altogether a bit came up each time i heaved Confused asked my partner to have a look too but he told me don't worry and prob just a burst blood vessel from heaving not any bad stomach pain just a bit of cramping now and then
