I found bananas were good, take your time with it and just have tiny bits at once.

Or eat as soon as you get up, I found all I could stomach was toast or nesquick cereal (strange I know considering the chocolate in it) but they really picked me up!

I've heard pineapple is good for sickness but I always forgot to keep in stock ☺

Any carbohydrates are great! Digestive biscuits are the best. Just eat when you feel sick - that's what I did. Weirdest time of my life where I had to eat to stop sickness rather than not eat so I wasn't sick 😦

Get yourself on the hyperemisis support thread on here. Great support from a lovely bunch, all of whom are going through it/ been through it. They were a lifeline when I was suffering last year (DD 4 months now). Say hi to Lucinda if you do join the thread. It is horrendous suffering but medication can help. Along with lots of rest (difficult I know with other children). A diet of beige helped me once I was over the worst and flavoured milk. During the worst weeks I managed on a few ice lollies. I was on a combination of meds until DD was born. Get an appointment with your GP asap esp if you're not keeping fluids down. Congratulations & good luck with your pregnancy.

There is no help.

Eat lots of food and wait.

Oh good luckFlowers

Ginger tea is great. Teabags sold in supermarkets so it's really easy. Hope you feel better soon.

Acupressure bands reallly helped me - from what I've read in MN they don't work for everybody but they were a little miracle for me - I couldn't eat and could barely keep down water before using them...even my OH said I was like a different person the day I started using them.

Good luck, it's horrible!

I am wearing sickness bands. I was struggling before I put them on and from putting them on my sickness cleared completely. The one time I removed them I was sick within 30mins so wearing them permanently for now...
