which dates would you go by....?

My last period was 7th Oct ((fairly sure about that!!) At 12week scan baby was measuring 12weeks for one thing and just over 11 for another and they cahnaged my date by a day..not a problem
At 16week check fundas was at 16.5weeks so ok.. there
I had my 20week scan last week.. when by my dates I was 19+2 but the baby was measuring between 17+ and 18+weeks.. average of 18weeks
so they have changed my dates from the 15th july too the 23rd july...

I am a bit worried as I had placenta insufficiency so also had IUGR(with other trhings ) in my first pg..(this is number 3)

I am having a doppler4 scan on the 20th March.. but just wondered which dates you would go by... or as everything before now semed on track for dates.. do you think my placenta could be showing signs already!!!!!!

I didn't think they were supposed to redate you at 20 weeks

I wouldn't accept the new date and I'd stick with one of your earlier ones

I agree with the blonde. I thought they were always meant to work from the date of your LMP.

The scans are done by the consultants here.. I am in Germany....mThe doppler scan is going to be done by a specialist.. but to be honest the wait is killing me.. I know I need to be patient.. but I cant help feeling that it is the placenta again... and that is ewhy babs is small for dates.....last time it wasnt picked up till i was 28weeks and dd was mthe size of a 22weeker...(with only 1cm fluid so also had suspect premamture membrane leak/rupture!!)

my last pg was normal though but I was monitered was scanned evey 4weeks (had him in UK).... they seem to be doing that again this time as my consultant wasnt to see me on the 17th April for another scan too..

Just concerned.. prob worring about t nothing.. I hope so!!!!!!!!

SO I should keep my orignal dates then/.... Also I havent told my mw yet do I need to do this or just tell her when I next see her at the end of March..
